By using RecapGPT you accept these Terms. Paddle.com Market Limited is the Merchant of Record for all orders and handles billing, tax, refunds, and chargebacks on our behalf. Acceptable use: you must not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes, must not infringe intellectual property rights of others, and must not probe, scan, scrape, or otherwise interfere with the security or integrity of the service. We retain all intellectual property in the RecapGPT software, models, and brand. Suspension and termination: we may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, fail to pay, or pose a security or fraud risk. Full terms: /terms.
We offer a 30-day refund on RecapGPT subscription payments. To request a refund, email support@recapgpt.app within 30 days of the charge with your account email and the transaction ID; refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Limited, back to your original payment method. Brianna Flemings (trading as RecapGPT) is the data controller for personal data processed by the service. Categories of personal data we collect: account data (email, display name, authentication identifiers), device and connection data (IP address, browser user agent, device identifiers), usage data (notes you create, links you submit, processing logs), and payment metadata (subscription status, customer ID — card details are handled by Paddle). We share data with the following processors and recipients: Paddle.com Market Limited (Merchant of Record, billing and payments), Supabase (database, authentication, file storage), Google Gemini (AI processing of transcripts), and Slack (operational alerts). Your rights: you have the right of access, rectification, erasure ("right to be forgotten"), restriction of processing, data portability, objection to processing, and withdrawal of consent.
